The EarthBox® gardening systems, EarthBox® Staking System & Extension Kit, EarthBox® Garden Stand, and EarthBox® Automatic Watering System & Expansion Kit are guaranteed to be effective and free from defects for up to 1 year from the original purchase date.
If your products arrive damaged or missing parts, or if they fail within one year of the original purchase date due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace or refund them. Please contact us if this happens.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 60 days. You're able to exchange it, get refunded to your original payment method, or receive store credit. Use our returns & exchanges page to generate your pre-paid shipping label.
Note: Any shipping & handling fees from the original order are non-refundable and the EarthBox Planting Kit is a final sale item and non-returnable due to its weight.
