Shipping Policies and Procedures
We guarantee safe shipping on all orders and are proud to offer FedEx International Economy shipping. All of our products are carefully packaged to avoid damage. If a package is received with broken, damaged, or defective merchandise, please contact us, and a replacement will be issued free of charge within 1 business day of receiving your request. You should keep the defective parts until told by a Customer Service Representative to discard or recycle the defective product(s).
Shipping and Handling
Our shipping and handling (S&H) charges are intended to compensate our company for processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, and delivering them to you. Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse to arrive within 5-10 business days of receipt of the order. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Some heavy or oversized items may incur an overweight surcharge (see each product description for details). By law, some items (such as pesticides, repellents, or other chemicals) cannot be shipped outside of the continental United States.
EarthBox reserves the right to determine which products on earthbox.com may or may not be sold or shipped to Canada.
Shipping to Islands
Items shipped to the Canadian Maritimes (The Maritime Provinces: Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island), or Gulf Islands (British Columbia) may take additional time to be delivered.
Shipping to a P.O. Box
We cannot ship to a P.O. Box. A residential address must be provided in order for us to ship.

Shipping to a Different Address
You can ship to a single (1) different address without incurring additional shipping charges. Simply fill out the “Shipping Address” portion of the checkout form in the Shopping Cart with the recipient’s information.
We do not allow any customers to pick-up products from our warehouses or offices. We must ship all items, no exceptions.
We do not allow any customers to choose to delay or hold orders for shipment at a later date/time. Once the order has been placed, we must process and ship all orders immediately, no exceptions. If an order is received with an item that is back-ordered, the entire shipment will be held until all products are ready to ship at the same time.
Cancelling Orders & Shipments
If a customer would like to cancel or change their order, please call EarthBox® Customer Service at 1-800-821-8838 as soon as possible (Open Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST). We'll do everything we can to accommodate the customer's request, but please keep in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process, which is usually just a few hours after the order has been placed.
Please note: If you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion or special deal, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.
From time-to-time, EarthBox may run special promotions that offer discounted products, special bundled packages, or free shipping. Some of these promotions may exclude shipping to addresses outside of the continental United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and Canada.
