From time to time, EarthBox® may run special promotions via email, e-newsletters, social media (including, but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.), EarthBox® Forum, catalogs, etc. These special promotions are valid at EarthBox.com only; for the duration of time designated to run the promotion. Promotional offers are not valid on previous purchases, and refunds cannot be issued for previously placed orders. Promotions are for residential customers only and are not valid on any Wholesale, Education, or Business account orders. Promotional offers are good only while supplies last, and rain-checks are not available for any back-ordered, sold-out, or out-of-stock items. Promotions may not be combined with any other offers unless specified. Promotional offers may not be used to discount shipping (S&H) or sales tax, unless specified. Promotions are valid only within the United States, and additional charges or exceptions may apply to AK, HI, and US territory residents. Canadian residents may also be eligible for certain promotions where noted. EarthBox® by Novelty Manufacturing Co. reserves the right to cancel or extend any promotion at any time, without notice.
*If you are concerned that a promotion you applied to your shopping cart did not work, please call Customer Service before completing your order at 1-800-442-7336. If you already placed your order, you must email or call Customer Service as soon as possible, preferably before the promotion expires, so we can review your order and make any applicable changes. Customers who wait until a promotion is expired to contact Customer Service may not be eligible to receive the same promotion.
OBTAINING A PROMO CODE
The best way to receive a promo code is to subscribe to EarthBox® emails and to follow us on Facebook. By subscribing to emails, you will also receive our quarterly e-newsletter and articles from our blog, Inside the Box. We send approximately 1-4 emails per month, which encompass special promotions, informational articles, recipes, e-newsletters, surveys, and important announcements. If you unsubscribe from a blog post email or e-newsletter, you will also be unsubscribing from promotional emails.

HOW TO APPLY A PROMO CODE TO THE SHOPPING CART
There is a space on the checkout page under the order total for you to enter your promo code, shown in the image below:
If you're having trouble applying a promo code, follow these tips:
- Be certain you are entering the promo code exactly as it appears.
- Check the items and quantities in your cart to make sure they apply to the advertised promotion.
- Ensure your cart total (value and/or items) does not exceed the maximum specified amount.
- Double-check the date and time. Promotions end 11:59 p.m. EASTERN time. If you are in a different time zone, you may have missed the timeframe for the promotion.
Any e-mail promotion, e-newsletter promotion, or social media promotion may only be valid for a short period of time (example: "One Day Only!"). EarthBox® shall not be held responsible for promotions received after the ending period (e-mails that go directly into "junk" folders, or that get caught in your internet provider's server). EarthBox® reserves the right to deny promotional discounts on mail-in orders or phone orders if the original promotion was sent via e-mail and states that it is valid at EarthBox.com only.
Internet promotions are sent out on Eastern Standard Time (EST), and all promotions end at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST). Unfortunately this cannot be changed, and we cannot make special exceptions or accomodations.
CATALOG & MAIL PROMOTIONS
Promotional offers advertised in printed catalogs or mail pieces are valid until the date specified, or until the next catalog or mail piece is printed, whichever comes first.
Most catalog and mail promotions may only be used one (1) time per customer or household.
FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS
Promotional offers advertising "Free Shipping" apply to standard ground shipping charges only within the Continental US. Orders shipping outside the Continental US (AK, HI, US territories, Canada) must be shipped with another method, and therefore, do not qualify for free shipping. Expedited shipping (2-Day, Next Day) is available for additional charges and will not qualify for the promotion. Customers that select USPS/Parcel Post shipping at checkout will not be eligible to receive the free shipping promotion. Any surcharges that apply to certain products will be calculated in your shopping cart. Free Shipping does not apply to orders exceeding $500.00 USD. Your cart total must meet the minimum advertised order value after all discounts have been taken in order for Free Shipping promotions to apply.

- Register an account and earn 5 points
- For each order you place, you earn 10 points
- Submit a product review and earn 5 points
- Refer a customer and if they create an account you earn 5 points and if they place an order you earn 10 points
- Sign up for our newsletter and earn 5 points
- Share or like us on Facebook, tweet, pin, or like us on Google+ to earn 5 points each using the buttons on our site
- Each 5 Reward Points can be redeemed for $.50
- You must be logged in to your account to earn & redeem points
- Points are redeemed on the checkout page and must be redeemed in increments of 5
- Points expire 365 days from last earned date or last used date
