EarthBox Root & Veg Jersey Boy Trellis

Yes! As long as the planter box or container gardening system is at least 12" wide this trellis system will fit. We recommend using it in tandem with our EarthBox Root & Veg gardening system when growing vining and climbing crops. While this trellis technically fits our EarthBox Original model, we do not recommend using it with that system.

Simply place the included connectors and wireforms into the long tubes making the configuration option you desire. Then push the trellis to the bottom of your planter.

Each kit contains 9 tubes, 9 connectors, and 9 wireforms. Please refer to our instructions for a visual guide.

Three configuration options are possible:

1. Three 18" trellises
2. One 36" trellis and one 18" trellis
3. One 54" trellis

If the plant you're growing doesn't get taller than the 36" support, you could use the last 18" trellis to support a smaller plant in another system. Otherwise, we recommend adding the additional tier(s) as your plant grows to continue providing optimal support.

Yes, we always recommend using the EarthBox Mulch Cover when growing in any of our EarthBox container gardening systems for its numerous benefits. Note that you will need to place the 3 trellis tube ends through the mulch cover to the bottom of the Root & Veg container.

If you wish to order and ship outside the United States or Canada, we recommend using a freight forwarding service such as DHL. All shipments from our facility must be sent to a U.S.- or Canadian-based address.
